I develop my training by putting myself in tough position that I could face during competition. Secondly, I don’t hesitate to do an introspection on my experience, and change my technical habits that I acquired through time. My biggest success comes mainly from my team that surrounds me, my training partners, my coach and my physical therapist Nur, my conditioning coach Olivier Schmitz, CAPS team, Ju-Jitsu Francophone Federation and Adeps. All those people contribute significantly to my evolution on the tatami
